En flok trofaste borgere var samlet for at mindes våbenstilstandsdagen og dermed afslutningen på 1. verdenskrig. Formanden for Lysabild Sognehistorisk Forening holdt en lille tale og lagde derefter en krans ved mindestøtten. Efterfølgende var menighedsrådet vært ved et lille arrangement i konfirmandstuen. Her fortalte Henrik Ingeman om arbejdet med siden www.100helte.dk
Afstemningsfesten blev afholdt fredag d. 10. februar med deltagelse af mere end 90. Museumsdirektør for Sønderborg Museum Rene Rasmussen holdt et levende og spændende foredrag om frontliv, faneflugt og fangelejr – Sønderjyder i verdenskrigen 1914 – 1918. En rigtig dejlig aften, som blev rundet af med kaffe og tort. TAK til alle de der mødte op og gjorde denne aften til noget ganske særligt!
